Shipping policy

• I offer Free Tracked Shipping on all US orders via USPS Ground Advantage. If you'd like to upgrade to a faster shipping service such as Priority Shipping, please reach out to me at kim@kimrostudio.com and we will find a solution that works for you.

 

• I ship internationally to these countries:
  Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
  If your country is not listed, you can purchase through my Etsy shop: kimrostudio.etsy.com

 

• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for shipping and any duties/customs/VAT fees, if applicable.

 

• Every order is made & shipped by me (unless otherwise specified with use of third party help like print on demand apparel services etc.) and I work hard to ensure all orders are processed in 1-2 business days. For an example of "business days": If an order were placed on Friday night after the post office had closed, I would ship the package on Monday/Tuesday.

 

• Once a package leaves my hands, I have no control over the speed in which it ultimately arrives to the destination. Please reach out to me with any issues.
