I offer returns/refunds if you are unhappy with your order - please reach out to me. Here are some examples where a return/refund might be desired:

  • Your item has arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The postal system has lost your package and/or it has not arrived after 4 weeks of being in transit.
  • You're unhappy with your item and seek a refund.
  • If a customer seeks a refund, they would need to ship the item back to me, & once received, a full refund will be issued. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense (unless otherwise agreed upon).
